Am I HIV positive

I was tensed a lot and am still tensed with some personal issues for sometime and then had one day fever of 100-101 and then next day fever was gone and had three days diarrohea and simultaneously had headache.the headache still persist with very occasional mild fever.its now third week it still persist headache and occasional fever of around 99-100.I had unprotected sex 12 weeks back.Confirmed with her she is HIV negative.What is happening to me.I also lost 4 kilo weight in the mean time and regained 2 kilo.Please help.
