Sounds like BH contractions. As long as they are not continuous and go away if you lay down/take a shower/move around, you're fine. If they become painful or don't go away, go to the hospital since you are still early.

Real contractions, at the beginning, usually feel like menstrual cramps. They come at regular intervals and will become closer and closer together. You might feel them more in the front or more in the back. As labor progresses, you'll feel it all over your body. The best way I can describe it is that it felt like the entire trunk of my body was twisting itself into a knot.
