Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum,
Physical and mental stress both together can make you go weak. You should take adequate rest. Take some time off from work to relax yourself completely by giving maximum rest to the body. You can also consider visiting your doctor for a follow-up check to see if anxiety is under control, or if you need to be put on medications. The evaluation done would also help to confirm/rule out depression. Your close people (mother or your partner) can detect changes quickly (in your moods, behavior, reactions etc) and they will get concerned about you if they identify any changes, hence they want you to see your doctor. Drink plenty of water. Take diet rich with foods that are known to enhance mood. Practice relaxation techniques.
Take care.
