For the past 4 weeks or so i am always tired
i go to the gym 4 times a week as well as about 4 hours walking and play sports maybe 3 days a week
I follow a very healthy muscle buliding diet but some days i only consume about 80-100 grams of carbs
I always feel drained for energy even after a good night sleep of about 9 hours
i usually consume about 1200 cals a day
im 14 years old male 5foot 4 and weigh 122 lbs
Am i overdoing exersice or not eating enough calories or carbs or something
