I am a nineteen year old woman and have just entered university after a year of rest and recouperation. I ALWAYS feel tired, all the time and I am sick of it. It doesn't matter how much or how little sleep I get, if I wake up during the night or lay there like a log, it's always like this.
Most of the time I'm awake I feel as though I am drifting through things and this makes it difficult to pay attention to anything.
I wanted to know if anyone knows about anything that might be causing my tiredness and any advice they might have to get rid of it.
I have been tested for about everything you can test with blood results and I am not anemic or low in any nutrients (I'm a vegetarian, this is why I check). I had a thyroid problem (autoimmune for anybody who knows what that is) and that fixed itself shortly after I discovered it in the blood tests, which is strange but the specialist said not to worry. I was tested recently and I'm still okay. I don't have glandular fever and I've been feeling like this... as far back as I can remember (which isn't far because my memory is effected by the tiredness).
If you know anything, ANYTHING about tiredness or ways that can help, even herbal tea recipies! Something to wake me up that doesn't have caffiene in it (I've developed a dependace on caffiene) or hypnosis, I don't care, just please, please help me wake up!
