Q: Always hot

My boyfriend is always hot. Even in winter he likes to have the fan on over night in bed. I can't handle it as I am freezing. He is over weight. I was thinking it might be high blood pressure or perhaps high colestorol...Any ideas?

Always hot

I am hot all the time, I don't necessarily perspire but am internally hot. Please advise. Even in winter I am feeling hot.

Sounds like maybe a hormone thing. For instance, women going through menopause can feel hot all the time or just in flashes. Also, hyperthyroidism can cause that as well.

Ask your doctor about it. There might be an underlying imbalance that can be corrected.
