Heres a short version of a long story... For a year ive been out of work and have had a horrible sleep schedule, usually bed time is 4am and id get up between 12-3pm... sometimes i wouldn't sleep at all. One night I had a terrible panic attack, and it went on for a few days after. After I had an ECG and blood work that came back normal i felt fine other than the dizziness that didnt seem to go away. I started drinking a lot more than usual, sometimes it would be with friends just having a good time, other times it would be to get my mind of the weird health problems i was having, probably not a good idea.. but now im just alwasy is a constant state of dizziness and i dont know why or what to do.. sometimes when im out busy, doing something, or walking i feel alright, less dizzy or not at all. I figure this might be because the lenses in my glasses are wrong, but have been for 10 months or so, and ive only been dizzy for about 3... i dont know. im kinda scared
Stop drinking. Force yourself to get up early, 8am the latest, bed by Midnight(weekdays). Get back to a normal sleep schedule. You are interrupting your internal clock with your poor sleep pattern. No wonder your brain is confused. Take a class or two at a community college if you aren't already enrolled. Volunteer at a charitible organization. You'd be surprised how much better you will feel once you are sleeping well and on schedule. Feel good about your accomplishments.
Don't use drugs.
