I suffer badly from allergies which present themselves as hives, itchy skin, itchy eyes and throat etc. I was tested by a dermatologist several years ago and the allergies related to dust mite, pollen, grasses, cockroaches so it is very difficult to distance myself from the allergens. Since moving to a new town I have had to take antihistamine daily as instructed by my doctor, guess I am unfamiliar with the native pollens. I take fexofenadine hydrochloride 180mg each day but would really like an alternative as I am worried that taking this every day could be damaging. I am willing to explore natural options, anything really!
