Q: Alternatives for surgical scar tissue removal

Hi everyone my name is Kayla and I have been trying to have a child for about 3 1/2 years and around 2 years ago I got pregnant but it turned out to be an ectopic (which is very painful by the way) that was when I found out that I had tubal scar tissue, in which they removed my left tube and then told me I needed IVF to have children.Later I found that I could have surgery to remove the scar tissue and that my doctor was looking for a quick buck. advice or any information about alternitives to surgery.
