my husaband was diagnosed with als last aug. lately he has been having alot of fatigue(gag reflex-no vomit) is there anything he can do or take to help with the fatigue? thanks

I am not sure what you mean by 'als fatigue' and what fatigue has to do with 'gag reflex-no vomit' Do you mean 'flatulence'?
Can you enlighten us on this and I might be able to advise.

Provigil works wonders for fatique. It was originally prescribed for narcolepsy...
