i have had a hernia operation and its been 10 weeks on now still get alot of pain and still got a scab on it .is this right

Most patients do not have significant pain 10 weeks after hernia surgery (although approximately 3% of patients will, unfortunately, experience chronic pain). As for the scab, since I am unable to examine you, it would be difficult for me to comment on the significance of this.

In your case, I would suggest a follow-up visit with your surgeon to ensure that everything is okay.
