how much time do you spend alone with your kids?

the DH is working 14 hour days lately and i am losing my mind. it is way too cold out to take the baby anywhere and the only person who visits is my mom and she doesn't stay long. everyone is so busy with work. it's hard to spend the whole day alone with a 7 month old and then spend the whole night alone after she's gone to bed. and he's working this weekend too. it's finally warming up tomorrow. thank god.

Extremely eHealthy
Wow. I work two days a week, so three days a week I spend around 10 hours alone with both kids. I have no visitors and hardly any friends yet outside of work. I am getting involved in a stay at home moms group but they are all super talented at knitting and sewing and that's what they talk about.
I just joined the YMCA. They have swimming lessons for babies and kids and also yoga for mom's with babies. Are you involved in anything like that?? That may help a little. I know it has done wonders for my mood.

Fourteen hours a day would be so very hard. You hang in there. Your daughter is so beautiful.

Especially eHealthy
Up until I started college a few weeks ago i spent everyday (except Sundays when they are with their Dad) alone with them from 6am til 8pm. Robbie works long hours and rarely had a day off. All my friends work during the day so excpet for baby groups and them going nursery from pm til 4pm i am pretty much on my own with them
