There has been some extensive research done on aloe vera in recent years and it has proven to be a plant with an extremely wide range of medicinal uses, even for cancer and AIDS patients. It is loaded with vitamins, minerals, polysaccharides, lignins, saponins, fatty acids, amino acids and other nutrients. It is anti-inflammatory, antiviral, antibacterial, and antifungal.
