Hi summerlove09,

Yes, it is possible for you or your partner to have an allergic reaction to the new Trojan Ectasy condom if either or both of you are sensitive to rubber, or the lubricant. First you have to find out what you are allergic to, if anything. To find out more about the material used in the condom, call the 800 number or write to the email addy that usually accompany the product, or of course you can go to your local pharmacy and ask the pharmacist.

Good Luck,

Faded Rose

The easy way to find ou,t and it sounds silly, is to tie a condom around your twist loosely for about an hour. Your skin is the same skin all over your body. If you have a topical reaction to either latex or any of the chemicals in the lubricant you'll see a reaction in the skin after exposure. Be careful not to tie too tightly or you'll cut off circulation. For the following 24 hours look for any skin irritation around the wrist, any hives or itchiness on the surrounding skin.

if your allergic to latex condoms you can try lambskin, it's more expensive but it's a better alternative.
