I'm in the military. I have to stand duty ever four days in this builing that has mold. I am allergic to mold. Every time I go in the building I get sicker and sicker. I am already overwhelmed and stressed out from going to military school, attending college full-time, taking care of two children, and my husband (where things aren't going that great). Last Saturday my boss (DMTI) told me to go home because I was getting sick. Now some Chief is pissed that I left on Saturday and wants to screw me. Medical gave me sick in quarters for monday, tuesday, and wednsday. My Chief told everyone he was going to get me when I get back. I'm tired, sick, feel like crying a lot, and have trouble sleeping. I'm normally not like this though. I don't know what to do. I feel like giving up and runnning away, but I can't- I have obligations.

Sounds like you have alot on your plate. There will always be people that disagree with us, or try to blame us. As long as you are honest with yourself, and are doing your best, then that is all you can do.

Outside circumstances will never be perfect, so the relief must come from within you. Do you have a friend or a therapist near by?

Sometimes it helps just to talk things out with someone who can listen and be objective.

BTW, do you think that your stress could be related to the holiday season?

Good luck!
