Q: Allergic to insect bites

Please help me! I'm just desperate Sad

My 4 year-old son is allergic to this insect's bite. He gets the part of his body beaten with a huge swelling. Unfortunately, there are not specialist on this subject at our country.
This has to be with andioedemia?
Can somebody answer me please...
