Hi I'm new and have just started researching allergies,
I suffer from dust and mold and other airborne allergens/asthmatic
and was hoping for some advice about getting surgical treatment eg.septoplasty to help relieve my sinus symptoms but my doctor has never suggested surgery, is it a last resort. I to suffer fatigue and am constantly taking eye drops and everyday a cortisone nasal spray I spent roughly a year getting desensitised.
I also suffer from itchy rashes.
please help.

increasing water intake before surgery
As a person who had septoplasty surgery twice (the second one was a correction to the first which caused a bump in my nose), I can say that the benefits of septoplasty is short-living. Especially your case seem to be allergic which surgery can help in no way. Would you consider increasing your water intake? Inadequate water intake can cause asthma, alergic rhinitis and sinusitis.
