I went into hospital and was diagnosed with allergic seasonal rhinitis

Can anyone help me how I can alleviate thee symptoms like head pressure, pressure near the eye, fatigue?

Anything I can do at home?

Also, what about the netipot?

Please help this is important Shocked

Allergic Seasonal Rhinitis
There are many over the counter medicines such as allegra and claritin that can give you symptomatic relief from your allergies. The best thing is to try to find out what you're allergic to specifically, such as cats, mold, dust, etc. and avoid them. But if yours are seasonal, you might not always know what the culprits are.

Some herbs that are often effective are eyebright, nettle leaf, or an natural antihistamine called querciten. I mostly use an herbal product called Envirelief for my patients and they respond very very well to it.

There are definitely options for you my friend so hang in there!
