all the symptoms i had before when i found out...

Ok so a little back story is that that I had gotten the implana in my arm and had an adverse reaction to it (constant bleeding for months) so i had it removed mid january of 2012. when i had the consultation before the removal they gave me the depo shot. I was supposed to have it again mid april but missed my appointment. i had only had that one shot of depo ever. i was having unprotected sex before and up until a week or so after. So now its been about two weeks since i missed my shot. last week i had some brownish spotting, my breast hurt, light consistant cramping, smell adversion, nausea, ect. i went to the doctor and had an exam with a blood pregnancy test. he said because i didnt know when my cycle was its all hard to say if it was even too soon to test but the test did come back negitive he called yesterday. also after my exam i did bleed very lightly for a few hours after it was brownish pink. then last night my breast were leaking-ish. i pushed on them because they were a little sore and liquid litterally shot out of one and just slowly came out of the other. im still having light cramping on and off, super hungry, lots of peeing, a raised temperature of 99.0-99.5 (on and off) and have been having some extreme headaches that have been here for about 3 days or so.

one important note is that i do have a daughter who is 10 months old. my breast dried up and have had zero liquid for probably 5-6 months now. all the symptoms i had before when i found out i was pregnant. there are still a few missing but the symptoms im not having are ones i had later in pregnancy


so i guess my question is .. cause im soooo confused on whats happening with my body since the test was negitive, is it possible i tested to early and could be pregnant. or what else could be going on?
