I am two weeks late on my period an having all symptoms of being pregnant like nausea fullness waking up through the night to go to the restroom headaches and sore nipples me an my boyfriend an sex an after my stomach started hurting the lower half so i took a pregnancy test an it came out negative then the next morning wen i woke up i was bleeding... Wats wrong

maybe its to early to show up on tests my last period was 14th january i feel pregnant but tests are still negative i have all the symptoms cravings and morning sickness and all ive booked in with my dr for a blood test by the time i get to see the dr i would be around 12 weeks
