Panic Attacks Answer A27001
Hi,
From your symptoms it looks like a panic attack or anxiety attack. The most common symptoms may include trembling, dyspnea (shortness of breath), heart palpitations, chest pain (or chest tightness), hot flashes and dizziness etc.

When you have such kind of symptoms, breathe slowly through the nose using the diaphragm and abdomen. Do not breathe through the mouth. Talking with a supportive person — someone who has experienced true panic attacks personally; someone who is highly trained in treating panic attacks; loved ones who can offer support and comfort.

If the symptoms persist then please consult a physician. You may need anti anxiety medicines. Severe cases may require Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care.

I'm no doctor, but I can tell you this. Breathe. The breath is the most natural from of energy. Breath gives us life. Take a breather--as much as you can.

When you have an attack you notice your breath changes, that is why that happens..you need to breath.

Hope things turn out better. See a doctor, and relax. Our bodies are the source of disease and cure..
