Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum.
Fluctuation in your period cycle for 5-10 days is considered to be normal. These can occur due to various kinds of stress and hormonal changes your body undergoes. Maintain a healthy diet and include fruits (about 3 servings) in your diet in form of juice and salads. Drink plenty of water. Avoid caffeinated and carbonated beverages.
Visit your gynecologist for detailed evaluation, discuss about getting started on insulin modifiers and ovulation inducers to control PCOS and help with getting pregnant. Get repeat blood and hormonal work-up done to make sure they are normal.
Take care.
