Q: Air bubble on top of mouth

For about the last month or so, I have noticed an air bubble forming on the roof of my mouth. It is always in the same spot (On the top left side of my mouth - only barely on the soft pallet. It shows up while or after I'm eating. It goes away every time after i stick my finger in my mouth and "pop" it/ push on it, but it continues to come back each time. I was wondering if this is something to worry about. Please help if you know what this could be/ if I should worry. I just had surgery in Sept. and have many many medical bills to pay, so it this is something I don't need to spend money on checking out, that would be VERY helpful to know!!

thank you!

It feels like a bubble. I'm not sure what the difference is, but it feels like it bubbles out. . . It's not very large though

I wasn't sure if the air that you were speaking of was beneath the skin in the roof of your mouth....if that is not the case, then I am just as baffled as you.

Sorry,

I don't think it's under my skin, otherwise I wouldn't be able to pop it without poking a hole or something....hm

Bubble in front of throat
I have one that closes my throat. It goes from the roof to the top of the tongue; and I sing!
I hve not been able to sing, because this come together with roughness and aphony (the voice skips when I try to start singing). It seems it got sorse after I gave the last voice lesson a few days ago.
Anyone else with this problem? Could it be a vocal problem (nodule, etc), or a neurological problem, or related?
Thanks

I have the same problem, I eat alot od spicey food...and for lunch I had rice with ALOT of hot sauce haha. But then immediately after I got a weird bubble in the back of my mouth and it irritates me everytime I swallow. I hope it's not harmful? I have never had one of these before...and Im not sure if it's a good idea to pop it.

I had an air bubble developed on the same mouth area you described when I was eating my dinner a few years ago. It was so weird, as the bubble immediately got bigger and popped on its own. That mouth area apparently got infected and became very painful as it took weeks to heal. I told my dermatologist about it and she thought it could be a symptom of oral Herpes.
