I'm not a christian and I am pro life, it seems as though people believe that christians are the only ones that belive a child shouldn't be killed.
I just Wanted to see how many others on this site aren't christian but believe in pro-life. My appologies if its offensive.

I'm a pro-life atheist. Some people don't understand how this can be, but to me, religion doesn't have anything to do with the abortion debate.

This group might interest you: http://www.godlessprolifers.org/members.ht ml

This is one interesting article from their site on the political left's historic position on the value of every human life: http://www.godlessprolifers.org/library/tr ageser4.html

And here's one on feminism and abortion: http://www.godlessprolifers.org/library/wa llace4.html

The pro-life position is based on natural law and scientific facts. It is a logical position for a nontheist to take. That theists have further theological reasons to be pro-life does not in any way make the issue one belonging solely to the Christian world.
