Many of us are not aware of the thinning of the skin element of life...This is a "fact of life" in aging...The hardening of the toenails are a close second...These are just some of the surprises of life...It can involve even the healing of a wound on your leg...To me this seems to be the first place that this happening of life shows it's face...In back of all of this is our heart and the pumping of the blood...Our whole body is a maze of interest...Get a good skin cream...Our Dermatologist has suggested one to us...Use it on your feet, legs and all parts of your body...Not just the parts that show...Help your body age...

Skin Care so important!
Hi Caroline,
I agree i have been using a well know aging cream since i was 14 Shocked , thats all we could afford and many people compliment me on my skin, sunny and i sat in the sun when i was a teenager for ever glance . If you don;t want aging spots, heed Carolines advice, like your teeth you need to care for your skin, oh and make sure you use the cream on your neck as well so you don;t get "chicken neck"..
