I would like to know? If after having a hysterectomy; Would i still have symptoms like; as if i was having a period ; such as water weight gain emotional break down and cramps

Hi rickiej and welcome to ehealth: After a hysterectomy just about anything can happen...Your mind plays games and many of us feel like our life is over...None of this is true, but who is going to tell us this...Now add if the ovaries go with this that it can add to the dilema...The best I can say is that each week gets better....That is how I looked at it...You will do fine...Take care...
