I'm 25yrs old, I have never been pregnant, I have HPV-18 (I think it is 18 ),and I am married. As a background about 2 yrs ago after an abnormal pap biopsy and leep results showed severe dysplasia. I've had normal paps since until this last one. Biopsy showed severe dysplasia and ecc showed that it extended into the cervix. I choose to have another leep so that I would have the results from that. I just got those today and it showed no dysplasia.

My Dr advised me that if I intented to have a child I needed to do so within a year. I have been with my husband for 7 years and he wants children, but I do not. However, I do not want to live with regret of not having a child, and I know I will love my child either way.

I have been on the Depo shot and I am due for it before my next follow up. I just had the 2nd leep a week ago. I'm considering not getting my shot and getting on a pill at my follow up. I should have asked him about all this today, but I didn't think of it until after. I will discuss this with him.

I guess my real question is what is next? He told me that I could not have another LEEP. If I decide to wait and have children and it comes back then what? I had almost decided to get pregnant until my leep results came back normal.
