Q: After-effects of heat exhaustion

I moved down to Texas for college, and had a wreck, so my two feet were what got me to school in the cool morning today. I started back home at about 10:00 AM, and was doing fine, taking frequent breaks and drinking water (while I had it). It was getting hotter and hotter, though, and I started noticing that I was getting queasy and fatigued.

I continued home, and after a two-hour walk in the heat, vomited in the bathroom. I got more water, and started drinking it, and ran a cool bath, which I sat in for awhile. I started to shiver after awhile, and decided to lay down. I dressed in light clothing, with the fan and AC going, but would freeze if the blanket was off, and melt if it was on.

After sleeping for several hours, I have a headache and still have some hot/cold issues. Primarily, I'm getting nauseous again and am occasionally dizzy. I've started to drink water and took iBuprofen for the headache. Is there anything I need to do?
