afraid of HIV

back in dec 08 poss jan 09 i went to a sauna house.i went there about 4 times in total over a period of 1 and a half years, dec of last year being my recent visit.i have never had anal sex ever as im bi sexual and have not proceeded that far.my only contact with another man was oral sex recieving and giving, i never let or had another man ejaculate into my mouth and these sessions were very brief (approx 4-5 men in total)
my most recent memory of something wrong is spots on my wrists that come and go to this date.normal spots with a yellow head middle, i got cream as they were itchy and i put it down to my self working around dust and oil daily and these spots went away.
i then got the flu at the end of feb start of march,i remember a guy in work came in with the flu and two days later i got it.i have been very anxious lately and worried as i thought nothin of it at the time when it was happening in the sauna but now i realise i was stupid and il never do it again. but to date i have other symptoms such as weird bumps in neck (not swollen or painful) only noticeable when cruching my neck down to perform a double chin act,i can feel them when i turn my head left and right. i also suffer from hayfever every summer and have been sneezing and having stuffiness in my noise since my flu few months ago. please im very nervous about hiv infection as every blog i read makes me more afraid and nervous can you help me and give me mind rester pls?

Feb-Mar.. flu swollen glands ect.. never had diarehea or vomiting
Feb-present.. spots on my skin around my arms and wrist area, itchy and normal spot like features
April- present.. weird feeling in my neck like my glands hanging down like a little ball each side under my jaw. not swollen like flu type
