phimoses tight foreskin
first try stretching with a over the counter steriod creams. DO NOT wash with strong soaps. any irratation from tears in the skin or soaps will make it worse. BUT DO NOT GET a circumcision unless you have too. I just got my second circumcision. The surgeon messed me up bad the first time leaving me impotent, scared, and painful even to wash. The second time was not much better and now more or less half circumcised but it works now. Circumcision does not prevent penile cancer or cause infection. And it does cause sensetivity loss. Use common sence. That is a myth that puts money into each infant dr's pocket. This sounds bad but I have lived through mutulation, pain, bleeding, and urologests that just whack the skin off for the 10 grand hospital bill.
