Good day doc,
I went to my Ob Gyne this morning.. I took a transviginal ultrasound and im very sad to know . here's the IMPRESSION of my Doctor: Adnexal cyst and it could be an ovarian new growth, probably an endometrial cyst, Sassone score of 5 (where cut off is 9) and the left ovary is normal.. On the right adnexae, There's a cyst , thin walled (0.29 cm) structure with low level echoes measuring 3.6 X 10.8 X 6.3 cm, could be an ovarian cyst.
Pls help me doc, Do i need a operation as as possible? How dangerous my case?
