I have been on adipex 35mg since feb now my doctor is switching me to meridia 10mg . Does anyone have any experience on these meds. What side effects are you experiencing ? With the adipex I had the heavy heart palpitations. Hot sweats and stomache aches. But it was worth it so now I will be trying the meridia for a while. I stay away from the breads and eat salads fruit and chicken special k cereal sometimes in the morning or fruit . For lunch I have a weight watchers frozen lunch or smart ones.
