I started taking adipex 5 days ago and have been dieting using the southbeach diet. So far I have not lost any weight. I am wondering how long it takes to start loosing weight and if anyone can tell me what kind of diet they followed when taking the adipex. The past few days my family and i were at an indoor water park, so I have been swimming all day for 3 days and running after my 2 toddler girls. I haven't actually worked out the past few days but have been very active. Any advice?
