Let me tell you who I am first.

I am a 19 year old Male. I weigh 205 lbs and I am 72 inches tall. I have really bad ADHD and assumed ADD. It is also possible I have some other mental health issues. My family has history of High Blood Pressure and Diabetes.

So. I will often stand up and literally Black Out losing all function and state of mind and fall to the floor hard. I have once woken up to find I smashed my face on the edge of my bed leaving a gash in my face. I dont stand up fast. I try to go slower to avoid it because I heard its my ADHD causing it. I have a hunch thats its my blood pressure.

What can I do?
