Hysterectomy Answer A14152
Hi,
Welcome to the forum. I am really glad to help you out. Initially, adenomyosis is managed by the use of pain medications to take care of the cramps and oral contraceptives which take care of the menstrual cycle and reduces the pain. However, the permanent answer to this problem is hysterectomy only.

There’s no other solution apart from surgery of adenomyosis. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care.
