Primary tumor right upper lung
Mets: L posterior pleural area, lower ribs, liver, Thoracic nodes (chest), T7 expansile tumor with path fx w/ potential spinal chord compression.
other facts: beginning fluid in L lung, difficulty breathing.
No Tx as of yet, just dx Jan 2009

Prognosis?
should we even consider chemo?
They are to radiate spinal tumor to eliminate potential paralysis.

How much time...days...weeks...months...?

Just want to be realistic about the whole thing. And optimistic as needed.
