There is nothing wrong with masturbation, we all do it. If your masturbating too much then you may be wearing yourself out a bit. Regarding stamina I believe you can try to stop-n-start during your jacking session. That is to say, pull away at it until just before you feel like cumming and then stop and let the feeling pass, and do this on and off for a while before going for it and shooting a load.

The being done too quick can be a mental thing. If I'm motivated I can finish myself off in under a minute. If I'm distracted I can seriously try for 20 minutes then just give up. The girl thing can be a problem though as sometimes you feel like you're going to finish 60 seconds in. The key is to realize this, and stop. There is nothing wrong with just stopping right before your orgasm, letting yourself calm down, and then staring up again. Sometimes I have to stop and restart three or four times before my penis finally decides its in it for the long haul. After that you may find yourself having to seriously try to achieve orgasm which a woman will never mind. And stopping doesn't have to be a complete buzz kill. Just pull out and move to oral sex with her while your pending climax tapers off. Or change positions which will give it time to calm down. Or some girls are flattered when you admit they're so good that your about to cum, and will wait affectionately for you to calm down. Sometimes a guy can't help reaching orgasm in five minutes, but you can make the decision not to cum, and let the night continue on.

Another note, the stop usually doesn't have to be longer than like 5 seconds, and a lot of times you'll find that after you've stopped when you start up again it will actually feel so much better but won't lead to immediate orgasm.
