I actually have two questions:

1. When I take adderall it causes me to have burning when I urinate, the burning is only at the tip and does not continue after I stop. I've seen my GP for UTI and my urine was clean - there is an odor when I pee, but its only once and after that, its gone - it smells like pharmacuticals. So I've definitely ruled out any STD's, UTI, or any cystitis, no kidney or back pain, no blood in urine at all.

My GP said that burning could be due to an irritant, could the adderall be causing this? Is it related to stimulant compounds having a high pH?

2. Why does my body feel worse when I take Vyvanse as opposed to adderall? From my investigations, Vyvanse is all levo-d-amphetemine, which metabolises into d-amp, however adderall is 75% d-amp with a mixture of other amphetamine salts, why is adderall so much better for my ADD? Also - I know this is bad, but I used to abuse methamphetamine occasionally when in college, and the ability to focus was amazing - 10X better than any methylphenidate or d-amp I've ever encountered. What is strange is that I remember having less physical symptoms from the street purchased illegally made (probably very impure) methamphetamine than I have with the adderall now and the vyvanse ... Imagine that. I'm not pulling legs here im very serious - I'd like to know what the deal is.
