Q: Adderall's effect on sex drive.

Hi,
I'm a 17 year old perfectly fit male. I run every day and am quite happy with my body.
I have taken adderall since I was diagnosed with ADHD at the age of 12.
Ever since I became sexually active, it takes me an extremely long time to get hard enough to penetrate. And if I am able to, my erection can sometimes quickly fade.
I decided to look online to see if adderall had anything to do with it and it looks like it does: "penis shrinkage" and "inability to maintain an erection" were two prominent symptoms.
I just want to know: 1. Is this true, that adderall can indeed cause impotence, and two, if I was to go to a urologist seeking something like Viagra or equivalent, would it have and adverse affects when used in combination with Adderall XR 30mg?
