Q: adderall and surgery

Hi Every one! I'm new to this forum, but I was just wondering if anyone that has been on adderall has had surgery? I am suposed to have surgery on Wed. The doctor said I should stop taking the adderall the day before. Has anyone ever had reactions to anesthesia while on adderall? Thanks
