Q: Adderall and heartburn(?)

i have recently started taking adderall xr 30 mg at 11am in the morning. i eat fruit for breakfast but everyday at around 2pm i start having a burning sensation(not pain) and a feeling like there is a lump in my chest right above my breast bone. can you tell me what this may be?
