Can the drug Adderall prevent a patient who has a VNS(vagus nerve stimulator) implant from recovering from depression? I know Adderall doesn't raise the same neurotransmitters as antidepressants or the VNS, so I'm wondering if it is possible for Adderall to raise the wrong neurotransmitters, therefore preventing someone with a VNS implant from recovering from depression?
