The 3 things that will help is time, rest and caffine. In time you will want les and less caffine. At first I drank all I wanted and then cut off the caffine. You will find your self
sleeping a lot---I mean A LOT!!! I spent 5 days in bed and even after 16 months still find it nice to lay in bed and do nothing. Remember I was on it for 30 years!! lets talk
