Well you would be....
easily distracted and quickly bored
Jump from one thing to another
Find it hard to listen and follow instructions
Daydream
Forget things, such as instructions, homework, spellings
Need to write down important information
Have difficulty waiting your turn in queues
Start work before all the instructions have been given
Do things without considering the consequences
Interrupt and intrude on others
Be over-talkative
Make careless mistakes
Act dangerously

there are quite a few hun, if you think you have got these you need to visit your doctor good luck Jenny

Boy I have not got a clue to find the message. Or is there nothing in the message rather than the heading? ie new here.

Anyway there are indeed differences between ADHD Combined (ADHD-C) and ADD (Inattentive or some will call Sluggish Cognitve Tempo - yes a very poor name, but this is what the researchers use) ADD-I.

With ADD-I the person needs instruction told to them sereral times.

Okay ADD-I have differnt attention problems Need things told to them several times, they do not necessarly take in the correct info. While and ADHD-C does not have the problems but rather gets distracted. ADHD-C will take in correct information

ADD-Is do not retreive correct information from their long term memories. While ADHD-C have no problems with this at all.

ADD-Is have slow processing speed, while on most occasoins the ADHD does (some researchers have found that those with ADHD-C do process info faster than those with ADD-I, but not as fast as the "average" person.

ADD-I have social problems because they do not read properly the body language of others. Plus they can say what appears to others to be strange/stupid. While the ADHD-C reads the body language properly, but they are too impatient and speak over others. What they say makes sence. There is no impatience or impulsivity with ADD-Is, but there is plenty of impaitence and impulsivity with ADHD-C. Which is why as kids they are not liked by thier peers as much as those with ADD-I are.

In actual fact some researchers are now realising that ADD-I may well be a different disorder and I know that with the Adult ADHD-C and ADD-I Prof Barkely is aiming to make ADD-I and ADHD-C separate disorders or at the very least ADD-I will have its own criteria.

Sorry about the spelling ie comorbid dyslexia. Too lazy to use the spell check plus do not know how to use it, and really do not want to lose this message and need to start again.
