I suffered from acute pancreatitis 3 years ago, I have been suffering with unknown pains in my abdominal for over a year now that feel exactly like pancreatic pains these can last up to 3 hours a time and I suffer at least once a week but doctors keep saying it wont be connected and won't test me for pancreatitis but then cant tell me what the pains are either.
Since you had a episode of acute pancreatitis, earlier it is possible that your current symptoms are probably due to complications like chronic pancreatitis, pseudocyst formation, etc. Other possible causes can be medical conditions like acute gastritis, peptic ulcers, liver or gall bladder disorders.
You will need to speak with your doctors and convey your doubts and seek proper help. Or consulting a gastroenterologist and get tests including a ultrasound or a abdominal CT as well as endoscopy studies which will help in proper diagnosis of the underlying condition and help in specific treatment.
