Welcome to e health forum.

Since you had a episode of acute pancreatitis, earlier it is possible that your current symptoms are probably due to complications like chronic pancreatitis, pseudocyst formation, etc. Other possible causes can be medical conditions like acute gastritis, peptic ulcers, liver or gall bladder disorders.

You will need to speak with your doctors and convey your doubts and seek proper help. Or consulting a gastroenterologist and get tests including a ultrasound or a abdominal CT as well as endoscopy studies which will help in proper diagnosis of the underlying condition and help in specific treatment.
