Hi! Just want to consult you..I have acne since I was in highschool..up to now i am already turning 25..and it is still worse. I even took accutane (isotretinoin capsule)..it subsided like it was a miracle. i took it for 5 months but discontinued because i had liver intoxication..my sgpt went high..so i stopped and consulted an internist for my fatty liver..up to now, cystic acne continues to break out..i am so depressed..my self esteem is really disturbed..sometimes i don't want to go out because i feel people are always looking at me..

aonther thing, i noticed that when i got a pimple, it becomes symmetrical..like if i have spot on my left cheek, there will be spot also on the right cheek..and it is really equal in distance..

please help..thanks!

Montmorillonite clay (aka calcium montmorillonite, bentonite, french green clay). Only product to work for me. I tried expensive products, homeopathy, detoxing, birth control pills etc (you get the picture). I was desperate and buying suspicious "Arabian" products as well. You apply the clay to the face and/or other affected areas (acne, eczema, psoriasis, fungal infections, wounds, etc) and the clay absorbs the infection. Tell me what you think when you have looked up the product.

Best regards

acne issue
Hey Herbie 23,

i recently found some helpful solutions and explanations at acnetop5.com

There are natural acne treatments that together will help clear up acne you have already and also reduce your chances of actually developing the acne.

One of the best treatments i have found is colloidal silver from your local health food store. You can apply it straight to the skin as it kills bacteria and also drink it and it will help get rid of toxins in the body.

I see you also mentioned liver problems. You may be interested to read a book by Andreas Moritz called the Amazing Liver and Gall Bladder Flush.

cheers and all the best.

I think, before you go for any product, try and show a doctor and request him to prescribe medicines that cud be applied externally!

I know few good acne solutions medicines and supplements at skinb5.com but bfore I suggest them, pls go for a skin check up.

Let me know the feedback
Thanks

Hey, I agree with shannon, Go to your doctor and get your skin checked. Thats what i did, and at first he gave me some anti-bacterial drugs, but after 4 months of taking them I could see no positive effect. So i went back to my doctors and he gave me something called Zineryt, You apply it directly to your skin and it works really well. After just 2 weeks i could notice an improvement. I'd highly recommend going to the doctors!.

Hope that helps.

17 years of having cystic acne
I also have nodulocystic acne when I was 18 until present this year of 2009. Hmmm... I do recommend you to eat a healthy lifestyle try to eat vegetable, beef without the oily foods on it, try to eat foods that are steamed, such as steam bun, steam fish fillet, steam chicken, or try to eat grilled foods. Isotretinoin (Accutane) causes me alot of disease such as rheumatoid arthritis. I stopped taking it due to this condition. Use topical such as benzoyl peroxide, hey I'm also embarrassed by I'm not trying to think of that since I'm a Registered Nurse in our country. Hope this can encourage you, take care

I recently started using Therasol a phototherapy system from visol.com that was seen on BBC and have seen acne clearing up. im hoping this would be a long term solution that doesnt introduce foreign substances etc to my body.
