Q: Acne on top part of legs

i have these spots on my legs above my knees up to my waist that wont go away, there only about 16 on my right leg and about 8 on my left, but i can get rid of them. I tried some exfoliating stuff, and liz earle spot remover, the seem to go down, but whats left is a dark red flattened spot, also some slightly icy light red spots appear as well. Is there no end to this! Will these eventually go away, i've never had any problems with spots anywhere else on my body, and never really had any on my face at all, this is the only area. gosign

its not like white heads or black head, its basically red spots or bumps.it's not too bad a problem, its just that they keep coming back,

i wash twice a day also to add to the list.

i think it going away, i use the liz earle thing ever moring and night and (this'll sound stupid) i try to stay very relaxed in my legs and it seems to be working (i also cut all cheese from my diet (which i read might be causing it). It seems to be working, so i'll continue with it. Also i'm not jogging as much due to weather so i dunno if thats a factor. I dunno if this works but it seems to be doing alright for me at the moment
