There's a spray available in pharmacies called T zone clear pore body spray. I don't know where you live but it's available in England and might be on the internet, but it contains tea tree oil and you spray it onto your chest and back and it works for me, although I don't get many spots on myback, just the odd few. It works pretty quickly as well, within a couple of days I noticed a difference.
