Hello,

Welcome to ehealthforum

Peeling, redness, itching, burning etc can be due to various reasons as dry skin conditions as eczema, psoriasis, climatic conditions, raised blood sugar, fungal infection called Athelete's foot etc.
If it has been persistent it is better to get it examined once so that if any skin condition it can be treated accordingly.Meanwhile some suggestions :
1)Have a zinc containing capsule once a day for few months.
2)Take a tub full of warm water and add few drops of Tea Tree oil in it.Soak feet for 5 to 10minutes.It will help in combating any fungal infection.
3)Moisturize the feet with glycerin and rose water mixture before going to bed and keep them covered.

Hope it helps!
