Q: Acne and Presnidone

I have a wedding to be in this Saturday and have been prescribed Presnidone for 5 days to clear up my acne before it. The only thing is I don't have 5 days to take it. I am supposed to take 3 pills once a day. Would it be okay if I took 3 pills twice 2 days so I can get the whole 5 day dosage in?
